STUDIO POLICIES
-
Booking your ride at RHYLEASE is simple. Our schedule opens on a rolling 30-day calendar, so you can book your spot up to 30 days out. New classes open daily so you can stay ahead.
If a RHYLEASE class is full, you can join the waitlist through the app or website.
If a spot opens up more than 30 minutes before class, all waitlisters are notified via text—You'll need to manually confirm to take the spot and it’s first to confirm—there are no auto-adds.
If you can’t attend after being moved into class, normal cancellation and no-show policies apply. -
We strongly recommend all riders arrive at least 15 minutes before class starts — especially if you're new to RHYLEASE.
If everyone signed up has arrived early, class will begin exactly on time. If all riders have not arrived, class start may be delayed by up to 2 minutes to allow for final check-ins.
If you're running late, call the studio — we'll do our best to help, but once class begins, no late arrivals will be permitted after the first song (the warm-up song). This protects the safety of everyone riding and preserves the flow and atmosphere of the class.
New riders must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start. If a new rider arrives with less than 10 minutes to spare, entry will only be permitted at the instructor’s discretion, and only if there is still enough time to: Properly orient them to the studio and the bike, set them up safely, and start the class on-time, without delay.
New riders who do not arrive at least 10 minutes early (even though 15–20 minutes is highly recommended) will be considered late. We cannot hold up class start times to complete proper safety setups.
No-shows and late arrivals who miss class are subject to our standard cancellation policies.
-
We get it — life happens. If you need to cancel your RHYLEASE cycling class, we ask that you do so at least 8 hours before your scheduled ride.
Cancellations made less than 8 hours before class time will be considered a late cancel and may result in a loss of that class credit or a fee, depending on your membership or package terms.Canceling is easy through the RHYLEASE app. If you have any issues, just call the studio — we’ll help you out!
-
No-shows happen, but we run a tight schedule at RHYLEASE — and every empty bike is a missed opportunity for another rider. If you don't cancel your class and don't show up, it will be marked as a no-show. This may result in a loss of your class credit or a no-show fee based on your membership or package.
Repeat no-shows may be restricted from booking during peak times. Show up for yourself — and for your crew.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Unfiltered Music
At RHYLEASE, we ride to playlists that are raw, real, and unfiltered — because authenticity is respected and encouraged here. Our music is often explicit, and we don't believe in censoring it. It's part of the energy, intensity, and honesty we bring to every class.
If you're looking for clean edits, RHYLEASE might not be your vibe — and that's alright.
We ride unapologetically, powered by music that hits just as hard as the work we put down on and off the bike.
-
Client Arrival Time
New to RHYLEASE?We strongly recommend arriving 20 minutes beforeyour first class (but no later than 10 minutes before) to get checked in, fitted to your bike, and walk through anything you need to know.
Returning riders should plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before class to get set up and ready to roll.Doors open 30 minutes before each ride. If you’re running late, please call ahead — once class starts, entry is at the instructor’s discretion for safety reasons.
-
Shoe Requirements
For safety and performance, RHYLEASE bikes require SPD or Delta-compatible cycling shoes. Don’t have your own yet? No worries — you can borrow cycling shoes (free!) for every ride, with a variety of sizes available at the studio.
Our staff will help you clip in and feel secure before class kicks off.
Note: Learning to clip in and out usually takes a while for new riders — and rushing it isn’t safe. This is why we strongly suggest newbies take the Free RHYLEASE Orientation, and also show up 20 minutes early for your first actual RHYLEASE class. Get locked-in, and ready to ride without second-guessing yourself.
-

Where To Start For Newbies
New to indoor cycling or RHYLEASE? We’ve got you covered.
We strongly recommend that all new riders start by booking our Free RHYLEASE Orientation — a dedicated intro session designed to make sure you feel confident, safe, and ready before stepping into your first full class. Orientation is offered every other Saturday at 11:15 AM and can be booked through the RHYLEASE app or on Mindbody.
After attending orientation, we recommend new riders begin with a standard RHYLEASE class — our signature ride that lays the foundation for everything else we offer, like our more specialized classes: Build & RHYLEASE, RHYLEASE & Flow or Power RHYLEASE.
