RHYLEASE
RHYLEASE
is a rhythm-based, indoor cycling class that is a full-body, comprehensive workout and is available for licensing to gyms and studios in the UNITED STATES.
WHAT MAKES RHYLEASE UNIQUE?
When someone decides they want to get fit, they have endless options to choose from (like, a stupid amount!)…going to a gym, working with a personal trainer, taking virtual or group fitness classes, doing at-home workouts, following fitness influencers to try to emulate their routines and habits…The thing about every single one of these options is that they all prioritize fitness from a visual standpoint first. Let’s be real: People want to work out because they want to look a certain way. We’ve all been conditioned to believe that our physical appearance holds the most weight in our personal value (which is bull shit but unfortunately, it’s reality). And yet, at the end of the day, this approach fails time and time again because almost no one can stay committed to something they don’t really like doing long enough to achieve results, let alone sustain them. RHYLEASE is different in that it speaks to the entire approach one takes to fitness and although it’s a cycling class, acute goals like muscle toning or calorie burning in an effort to lose weight are never the primary focus.
Instead, the class is guided to prioritize authenticity, positive human connection, inclusivity, creating a space so safe that all who enter are 100% comfortable being who they truly are or discovering that person if they haven’t already. Riders are immersed in an environment that allows for deep connection to self, with curated playlists that take them on a mental and emotional journey, all leading up to a well-planned release. And that’s where it’s at…That feeling is so damn good, people forget just how hard they’re working and they create a positive feedback loop within themselves, which keeps them coming back again and again and again…Then suddenly, the fitness just happens. It’s an awesome bi-product of a fitness class in which you’re so focused on how you feel, you don’t have time to think about how you look. Participants work so hard that they leave feeling refreshed, cleansed, focused and empowered to meet challenges with a more positive outlook.
RHYLEASE classes are more than just a physical workout. They’re a mental break from the stuff that piles on...an emotional reset through a physical release And it’s why people love them so much.
THE MISSION OF RHYLEASE
is to bring undeniable authenticity to the fitness industry in a way that doesn’t prioritize fitness at all. Through rhythm-based, indoor cycling that’s set to unfiltered, mindfully curated playlists, riders are lead and encouraged to connect to themselves as well as others in such a way that they feel safe enough to release the negative and not only make space for the positive…create it.
What clients say about rhylease
“I never thought I’d say that i love taking a spin class at age 53 but i honestly do love everything about rhylease…i feel myself in such an authentic way but being in that room also allows me to connect to everyone else that’s riding. it’s not hype, it’s reAL. ”

“Before i found Rhylease, I was in a really dark place. but the moment i got on the bike and was encouraged to let myself be and feel whatever i was in that moment, i felt like it was safe enough to pull myself out of it. The vibe, the inclusivity and the emotional connection with the workout was exactly what i needed for a long time.”
— Jon, Philadelphia PA
“Rhylease is hands down the best fitness class I’ve ever taken and i take a lot! I love the energy and the focus on not only the physical push but also the mental. I always leave feeling refreshed and like I can do anything!”
— Alexandra, Denver CO
“I’ve been an athlete my whole life but as an adult, i’ve struggled to “get through” my workouts…everything always felt like more of the same until I walked into my first Rhylease class. the lights went out, the music blasted and the instructor told us to prepare to let go of everything. I felt faster and stronger than I ever thought possible. There was an energy that I can’t even describe, it just needs to be experienced.”
