FLAGSHIP STUDIO

LANCASTER, PA

  • Position Type: Part-Time

    Hourly: $12-$15/Hr (Dependent Upon Experience & Qualifications)

    About: We’re seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Studio Staff to join our team and provide exceptional customer service, maintain a clean, organized studio, and ensure smooth operations before, during, and after classes.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Front Desk Operations:

    • Greet clients with a friendly and welcoming attitude.

    • Check-in clients for classes using Mindbody software.

    • Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person.

    • Assist with client sign-ups, class bookings, and membership/package purchases.

    • Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions for merchandise, memberships, and services.

    • Maintain accurate client information and provide guidance on studio policies and offerings.

    2. Studio Prep & Turnover:

    • Set up the spin room before each class, including prepping bikes and other necessary equipment.

    • Assist with organizing and staging towels, water, and any additional class materials.

    • Clean and sanitize bikes, equipment, and high-touch surfaces after each class.

    • Ensure the studio is tidy, presentable, and fully stocked (towels, water, retail items) at all times.

    3. Client Experience:

    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure clients feel supported and valued.

    • Address client concerns or escalate issues to studio management when necessary.

    • Promote a positive and energetic atmosphere in the studio.

    4. Cleaning & Maintenance:

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment, including front desk, lobby, locker areas, and restrooms.

    • Perform regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and taking out the trash.

    • Ensure all studio equipment is in good working condition and report any maintenance needs to management.

    5. Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the studio management and instructors to ensure seamless class transitions.

    • Assist with inventory management, including tracking and restocking retail and studio supplies.

    • Be proactive and ready to assist with other studio tasks as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred.

    • Familiarity with Mindbody or similar POS software is a plus.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

    • A positive attitude, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset.

    • Passion for fitness and wellness is a bonus!

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand or move around for extended periods.

    • Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

  • Position Type: Contracted

    PP Class: $20-$40 (Dependent Upon Certifications & Experience)

    About: Our instructors are at the core of our community, delivering high-energy classes that inspire and challenge participants. We are seeking passionate and experienced cycling coaches to join our team and continue this tradition of excellence.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Class Instruction:

    • Lead indoor cycling classes that align with the studio’s high-energy, music-driven format.

    • Create and deliver engaging, fun, and challenging workouts for a diverse group of participants.

    • Tailor classes to different fitness levels and provide modifications when needed.

    • Ensure proper safety, technique, and form throughout the class.

    • Foster an inclusive, motivating, and authentic atmosphere that encourages personal achievement without comparison.

    2. Client Engagement:

    • Develop meaningful relationships with clients, building a strong community around the studio.

    • Provide personalized attention before and after classes, addressing client’s individual needs, concerns, and questions.

    • Be a positive representative of the RHYLEASE brand, ensuring each participant feels welcomed, supported, and energized.

    3. Studio Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the studio management to ensure smooth class transitions and a seamless client experience.

    • Provide feedback on class performance, client engagement, and any issues that arise during sessions.

    • Actively participate in team meetings, trainings, and events to enhance studio culture.

    4. Class Preparation:

    • Design classes that reflect the RHYLEASE brand class requirements, incorporating music that enhances the cycling experience.

    • Prepare equipment, including adjusting bikes for client use and ensuring a clean, functional space prior to class.

    • Assist with class setup and breakdown as needed.

    5. Professional Development:

    • Obtain and remain current with all RHYLEASE class certifications and requirements.

    Qualifications:

    • Prior experience teaching fitness classes and the ability to pass RHYLEASE Coach/Instructor Certification prior to studio opening is required at this time.

    • If currently not certified in RHYLEASE, must have taken RHYLEASE brand classes with either Felizzi or Liana before applying.

    • Other fitness certifications (group fitness, indoor cycling, personal training, etc.) preferred, if RHYLEASE certification is not already held.

    • Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills.

    • Passionate about fitness and fostering a strong sense of community.

    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to physically lead a 45-60 minute high-intensity cycling class, with ease.

    • Must be able to demonstrate and coach proper cycling techniques and modifications.
