RHYLEASE Summer Studio was built for active kids and teens who want to move, grow, challenge themselves, and stay connected throughout the summer in a structured and supportive environment.

Through a progressive 6-week experience, participants learn how rhythm, movement, posture, tension, balance, and conditioning work together to improve both physical and mental performance.

Whether participants come from dance, cheer, theater, gymnastics, martial arts, or youth athletics, the RHYLEASE methodology helps them move with more awareness, confidence, and control both inside and outside the studio.

Designed for younger participants who benefit from repetition, rhythm connection, creativity, and foundational movement development.

SCHEDULE

  • Tuesdays, Wednesdays + Thursdays.
  • 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM.
  • July 7 to August 16.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do participants need indoor cycling experience?

No. The program is designed for beginners and experienced participants alike. Week one focuses heavily on bike setup, rhythm connection, posture, and foundational movement education.

Are spin shoes provided?

Yes. RHYLEASE provides studio spin shoes for all participants.

What should participants bring?

Participants should bring athletic clothing, sneakers, water bottle, snack if needed, and a small towel if preferred.

Is this a drop-in program?

No. Summer Studio is a progressive 6-week experience. Each week builds upon the previous week’s concepts, conditioning, and movement development.

Can parents see the studio?

Yes. Parents are encouraged to arrive early on the first day for participant shoe fittings, studio orientation, and to tour the space where the program will take place throughout the summer.

Are phones allowed during sessions?

Participants should keep phones and personal technology put away during sessions to help maintain focus, connection, and engagement throughout the experience.
